HDE 4000-DM
Electrohydraulic high-pressure unit, up to 4000 bar
without pressure intensifier in mobile design

Advantages HDE 4000-DM

The SCHAAF HDE 4000-DM is an efficient, modular electrohydraulic high-pressure unit designed for mobile industrial applications.

  • Highest power density due to direct pressure
generation up to 4000 bar (no pressure intensifier!)
  • Rugged, compact and durable design
  • Constant pressure build-up without interruption
  • Wide power range (0.75 – 3 kW, motor module)
  • Supply voltage only 230V 1 phase (alt. 400V 3 phase)
  • Electronic high-pressure regulation
  • Electronic controlled pressure relief valve
  • Remote control with multifunction display
  • Active oil cooling and filtering (cooling module)
  • Module compatible with application (in situ)
  • All modules with quick lock (ready for immediate application)
  • Small dimensions and low weight (< 20 Kg)
  • Also suitable for hydraulic wrenches
  • Additional designs see type code

Areas of Application

The SCHAAF HDE 4000-DM is ideally suited for:

  • The use of Bolt Tensioners (SSV), Hydraulic Nuts (HM),
    ExpaTen Bolts, GripLoc and ExpaHub
  • Application with hydraulic screws
  • Tightening and loosening of oil press fits
    (e.g. gearwheels, flywheels, coupling hubs,
    roller bearings, hydraulic couplings and
    overload protection devices)

Quality Assurance

All HDE 4000-D / DM are checked for material quality, dimensional accuracy, correct functioning and load-resistance. During order execution, they are
subject to continuous quality assurance measures and are supplied together with detailed technical documentation.

Services

HDE 4000-D / DM are, of course, oil filled and ready for immediate use.

SCHAAF HDE 4000-D / DM are user-friendly, reliable, and manufactured in accordance with the highest level of technical know-how. Our highly-motivated
staff would be pleased to train your personnel, in situ or at our works, in the general handling and operation of high-pressure equipment.
