Als Folge der Adh\u00e4sion der Materialien kam es zur Kaltverschwei\u00dfung mit der Welle und zu einem Festsitzen der Nabe.<br \/><br \/>Eigene Demontageversuche des Auftraggebers blieben ohne nennenswerten Erfolg und verschlimmerten die Situation zus\u00e4tzlich. Normalerweise w\u00fcrde sich der \u00d6lpressverband durch blo\u00dfe Aufweitung mit Hilfe eines \u00d6lpolsters wieder l\u00f6sen lassen. Jedoch war das in diesem Fall nicht mehr m\u00f6glich und das \u00d6l tropfte an beiden Seiten der Nabe heraus.<br \/><br \/>Das Unternehmen wandte sich an SCHAAF und nutzte somit das gro\u00dfe Know-how im Bereich der F\u00fcgetechnik mittels Hydraulik. Es wurde zeitnah eine L\u00f6sung entwickelt, die n\u00f6tigen Bauteile konstruiert und die Demontage des \u00d6lpressverbandes von erfahrenen Mitarbeitern zusammen mit dem Auftraggeber durchgef\u00fchrt.
