SCHAAF und SCHAAF Service haben erfolgreich ein gro\u00dfes Modernisierungsprojekt f\u00fcr eine 670 MW Dampfturbine-Generator-Verbindung abgeschlossen. Dabei wurden Passschrauben durch ExpaTen ETC Bolzen ausgetauscht (ExpaTen Bolzen – Expansion Tension Bolzen, ETC Efficient Turbine Connection). Anfang 2016 erhielt SCHAAF den Auftrag zur Lieferung aller n\u00f6tigen Verbindungselemente wie Bolzen und Muttern inklusive der Vorspannger\u00e4te sowie Zubeh\u00f6r an einen der gr\u00f6\u00dften Dampfturbinenhersteller in China.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t

Ein Gro\u00dfteil des Auftrags bestand darin, die Verbindungsbohrungen der beiden Rotorflansche und der Drehvorrichtung durchzuf\u00fchren. Die Anforderungen an die Bohrungsoberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t und die Durchmessergenauigkeit waren sehr hoch, da die gesamte Kraft der Turbine bei einer maximalen Geschwindigkeit von 3000 Umdrehungen pro Minute \u00fcbertragen wird. Bei einem Lochkreisdurchmesser von 873 mm entspricht das einer Geschwindigkeit von 150 m\/sec oder mehr als 500 km\/h.

In nur einer Woche wurden vor Ort die In-Line-Bohrungen mit einer Toleranz von 0,01 mm ausgef\u00fchrt. Die Konush\u00fclsen der ExpaTen ETC wurden nach der FEA-Berechnung gefertigt. Die Unwuchtmasse der ExpaTen ETC wurde mit einer Gesamttoleranz von 2 Gramm realisiert.
