Die Plattformen werden an Siemens Energy \u00fcbergeben und sind Teil des Offshore-Windparks HelWin und BorWin in der \u00f6stlichen Nordsee.<\/p><p>Eine Plattform ist ca. 82m lang und 56m breit. Sie besteht in der Grundstruktur aus der sogenannten Baseframe und der oberhalb des Meeresspiegels liegenden Topside. Die Topside wird mit insgesamt 36 MSN-Multiple Stud Nut M160 MSN gehalten. Die eigens auf die Plattform angepassten MSN k\u00f6nnen ca. 20.550t aufnehmen, dass entspricht einem Gesamtgewicht von ca. 25 Airbus A380.<\/p><p>Die MSN \u2013 Multiple Stud Nut geh\u00f6rt zur Produkterweiterung bei SCHAAF. Sie erm\u00f6glicht eine torsionsfreie und sichere Verspannung bei kleinem Bauraum.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr die Montage werden Simulationen, sowie Praxisversuche mit hauseigenen Pr\u00fcfeinrichtungen durchgef\u00fchrt. Ist die Plattform in Position ausgerichtet, werden die SCHAAF MSN \u2013 Multiple Stud Nut sicher mit der Plattform verspannt.
