Das TMS \u00fcberwacht im Server angelegte Werkzeugsysteme und bietet dem Werker die M\u00f6glichkeit, den Status der Werkzeuge eines Systems zu \u00fcberwachen und zu kontrollieren. Das MDS wird in der Montage bei MAN Augsburg f\u00fcr den Quer- und Hauptzuganker verwendet. Das Motorendatenblatt mit Seriennummer wird per Scanner eingelesen und \u00fcberwacht und dokumentiert den Spannprozess der Schraubenverbindung. Erreicht wird eine optimale Kontrolle der L\u00e4ngung der Schraube und des Drucks.<\/p><p>Durch die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Ergebnisse des Spannprozesses zu dokumentieren, steht es dem Kunden offen, Statistikauswertungen zu generieren. Softwareanpassungen im MDS k\u00f6nnen auf Kundenwunsch jederzeit kurzfristig durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Der Gebrauch der Anlage ist einfach.
