After development work lasting almost a year, the follow-on order was issued for the supply of an hydraulic actuated clamping system for one of the world's largest cutting and creasing machine manufacturers.
The task of this frame is to securely fix the costly, highly precise cutting die. A precisely reproducible positioning of the tool must be ensured. On this hydraulic actuated clamping system, the pressure generating system was integrated in the frame despite the space being very restricted. These pressure generators supply 4 interlinked clamping units.
In addition to the high axial holding forces, which are made possible by the high-pressure technology, the hydraulic actuated clamping system must also withstand the high dynamic stresses from around 10,000 strokes per hour.

Together with our customer, we are pleased that the developments receive a high acceptance in the market.
