Due to the high demand for product innovations and the increasing order intake, SCHAAF was once again required to rethink the production facility at its headquarters in Germany. At the GIPCO site in Erkelenz, which has now been exhausted to the last square meter, there is currently no possibility of expanding production in the known quality, quantity and flexibility. The new hall with 3,000 m² of production and storage space in the immediate vicinity, called “Werk 2”, will be equipped with the most modern CNC machines and used for the production of large series.

The current production area at “Werk 1” is being rebuilt especially for new and further developments.

Through the new production hall, the entire worldwide production area cracks the magical 10,000 m². and has more than doubled in the last 10 years.

With this expansion, SCHAAF is prepared for the expected growth of the coming years and can supply customers worldwide in proven quality.
